To be eligible for NDIS, you must:
- Be under 65 years of age
- Have a permanent and significant disability
- Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa

Yes! We match support workers based on your preferences, needs, and interests. If you’d like to change support workers, we are happy to accommodate.
If your regular support worker is unavailable, we will arrange a suitable replacement and notify you in advance.

You can use your NDIS funding with us if you have:
- Plan-managed funding (we invoice your plan manager)
- Self-managed funding (you pay us and claim from NDIS)
- NDIA-managed funding (we claim directly from the NDIS portal)
